The Challenge
How to create a true learning organization that is capable of using systems thinking. This is a much talked about subject but rarely acted upon because organizations have difficulty in implantation. This service is available to both profit and non-profit organizations and for schools at any level.
The Solution
We provide an introduction to the Peter Senge’s “Fifth Discipline” - The art and practice of the learning organization. From there we map out a pathway to transition from where you are now to what you want to become.
About the Solution
An introduction and orientation about how to use:
- Systems Thinking
- Personal Mastery
- Mental Models
- Building shared vision
- Team Learning
Then we create a strategic plan to move from your current model into the Learning Organizational model. This will be different for every organization so we stay with you until you feel comfortable. Creating Learning Organizations is a challenge given our long standing paradigms of how business or education should be done but the outcomes will give you a distinct competitive advantage. In educational environments we strive to bring all stake-holders into the process which can be very challenging but given time and perseverance can have a dramatic effect on the school, the students, the school district and the community. Partners and resources will be brought into the process as needed to make sure you get the best instruction and design available.
